Description

Room reservations are open to UK students, faculty, and staff.  Please use your LinkBlue credentials to make your request.

Tables and chairs are on casters and may be arranged by user as preferred. (Library staff are not available for that purpose.)  Tables, chairs and other furniture may not be brought in or removed from this or any Library meeting room. 

NOTE:  Due to priority scheduling for Library Instruction, reservations made for this room during the first 10 weeks of fall and spring semesters will not be confirmed until one week prior to their occurrence.

NOTE:  Microphones at the front of large rooms may not pick up all conversation. Wireless microphones are available and encouraged for hybrid events.

FOOD AND DRINK, CATERING PERMITTED (EMS approval required) Refreshments served in the Multipurpose Room may not be taken out of the room for consumption elsewhere in the building.
