Multipurpose Room (B-108C) (William T Young Library) Capacity: 150
As the name implies, this room may be used in a variety of ways. Tables and chairs are on casters and may be arranged by user as preferred. (Library staff are not available for that purpose.) NOTE: Due to priority scheduling for Library Instruction, reservations made for this room during the first 10 weeks of fall and spring semesters will not be confirmed until one week prior to their occurrence.
Tables, chairs and other furniture may not be brought in or removed from this or any Library meeting room.
AV: Windows computer with UK Linkblue log-in required; HDMI connector for your laptop; VGA connector with RCA audio for your laptop; Front screen projector; Side screen projector; Laptop connection; DVD player; Microphone; Meeting Owl Pro (a rotational camera and microphone for hybrid meetings). NOTE: The Owl works well for presenting to an online audience, but the room is so large that the Owl will not pick up discussion from the in-person audience located at a distance from the podium.
