Description

Room reservations are open to UK students, faculty, and staff.  Please use your LinkBlue credentials to make your request.

Room configuration: theater style, one aisle on either side

AV:  Technology in this room is self-service. Consider reserving additional time for connecting personal laptops, loading visuals, etc. Handheld and lavialier microphones as well as adapters are availalbe for check out at the WTY main service desk.

  • Windows desktop computer
  • Projector and screen
  • HDMI and USB connectors for personal laptop, USB-C and Thuderbolt adapters
  • Podium microphone, wireless lavialier microphone, and one wireless hand-held microphone
  • Two mounted wall cameras (front and back of room) for recording and streaming
  • JBL mounted speakers in front of auditorium
  • Height adjustable podium

Drinks in covered containers permitted. Food not permitted.  Tables, chairs and other furniture may not be brought in or removed from this or any Library meeting room.

Entering from the University Dr entrance of Young Library: immediate right after the double set of doors. Entering from the Rose St entrance of Young Library: cross the lobby towards the University Dr entrance, through the security gates, the auditorium is located on the left side.
