Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

If we are meeting over Zoom, I will send the Zoom link to your the e-mail address that you entered on this form. If we are meeting in person, I will e-mail you with the room number / location (it will be in Young Library). I will reach out to you over e-mail if I need any additional information.
